In 2020, City Capital Group expanded its real estate portfolio, completing the redevelopment of the building of the former Voronin garment factory in Kyiv, which is now a Class A business center Platforma Korolenkivska.
Design of the project began in August 2018 and was put into operation in two years. This is the first such project in the company’s portfolio. Currently, the Korolenkivska Platform is 100% full of tenants.
