In 1998, Ofer Kerzner, a well-known Israeli businessman and philanthropist, began doing business in Ukraine. In 2007, the City Capital Group (CCG) was formed, which brought together commercial, residential, office real estate and creative spaces in the capital.

For the implementation of this project, Ofer Kerzner won the nomination "Best Creative Investor in Times of Crisis" at the "Person of the Year" - 2015.
