Darynok Market Mall has been operating since 2002, when the City Capital Group\u00a0 Group implemented an innovative commercial real estate format for Kyiv, combining a modern retail space for small businesses and a new generation of shopping malls. Darynok became the legislator of the trend of revitalization of real estate and creating a unique atmosphere for its visitors. Today, the market mall is constantly updated, developed, embodying the latest services for its customers.<\/p>\n

Today Darynok is a modern center of trade and leisure with almost 20 years of history. There are more than 3,500 shops and outlets, pop-up locations and special retail spaces on the territory of 68,000 m2. During this time, the market mall has become a platform for the growth of more than 10,000 small and medium enterprises and a place of leisure for hundreds of thousands of visitors.<\/p>\n

Darynok offers a wide range of clothes, shoes and accessories for the whole family; goods for children are presented by a separate sector, and special attention is given to the leisure of the youngest visitors – the market mall offers a free entertainment program every weekend; There is an amusement park Fly Park and, traditionally, for the summer and winter seasons are arranged separate children’s theme parks.<\/p>\n

The largest sector of leather and fur products in Kyiv, the sector of wedding goods, is represented on the territory of Darynok; There is a large concept store Silpo “Silk Road” and several household goods stores, branches of Nova Poshta and Justin, pharmacy, bank. In addition to the Art-Zavod Platforma and \u0411AZAR on Lisova Street, the Darynok project will include a business park, a sports center, craft production facilities and residential complexes.<\/p>\n

Darynok is located at an important transport hub of the city: metro stations “Chernihivska” and “Lisova” and Brovarsky Avenue with a flow of about 350,000 people a day in the affected area.<\/p>\n
